You will be joining a welcoming and supportive faculty which ensures our students are inspired to achieve their full potential in all technology subjects.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • successful experience of working with young people
  • experience of working in catering, the textiles industry or a similar type of work
  • good computer literacy skills
  • good communication skills
  • the ability to provide support to students in the classroom under the direction of the Head of Technology Faculty
  • a Level 1 food hygiene and safety certificate, or willingness to obtain through training

We are offering this post for 15 hours per week for 39 weeks per year (term-time and whole school closure days which fall on your day of work). You will work each Thursday and Friday from 8am until 4pm with a 30-minute break each day. Salary will be paid at National Joint Council point 4 which is currently £24,404 per annum pro rata.

Your prorated salary, including holiday pay, will be £8,386 per annum.
