About Our Client

Our client is an ambitious PE-Backed property management group that are investing and scaling rapidly across Central London; it's a truly exciting time to join the business as they plan for an eventual exit. You'll be part of a wider team build, and will gain invaluable exposure to investor relations, with large-scale M&A being rolled out over the next few years.

• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Reconcile accounts and manage financial discrepancies effectively.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes.
• Support year-end audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare financial projections.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• Part-qualified management accountant, with clear month-end improvement experience.
• Previous experience within the property & real estate industry is highly advantageous.
• Strong Excel & manual reporting skills, with an ability to collate and understand information across the business.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams.
