• Coordinating with drivers and monitoring their progress to ensure timely deliveries.

• Identifying and resolving any transport-related issues or delays.
• Preparing and presenting transport performance reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Transport Planner should have:

• Experience in transport planning and logistics within the transport and distribution industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work various shift patterns (mornings, evenings, nights, weekends)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel

• An estimated salary range of £29,000 to £31,000, depending on experience.
