You will play a key role in driving the estate's commercial success through various marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth and Opportunity Development (60%):
- Sales & Marketing Integration: Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales strategies and targets, supporting event promotion and sales material updates.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans across online and offline channels. Manage SEO, website content, and daily social media updates to enhance brand visibility.
- Creative Content Production: Create engaging content, including print ads, blog posts, and social media graphics for platforms like Facebook and Google Ads, to promote estate activities and offerings.
- PR & Communications: Produce compelling copy and content for all external communication channels in collaboration with the estate team. Organize presentations, press trips, and customer visits to showcase the estate’s offerings.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze sales data, track industry trends, produce internal marketing & sales reports, and conduct market intelligence surveys to inform strategic decisions.
- Drive Business Growth: Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's product offerings and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Event Planning: Assist in the planning and management of indoor and outdoor events, including weddings, ensuring seamless coordination of staff for large event inquiries.
Operational Support and Efficiency (20%):
- Operational Objectives: Support the delivery of the company’s operational goals and plans within the designated budget.
- Budget Management: Oversee budgets for the Sales & Marketing departments, including setting pricing for all products to align with revenue targets and market positioning.
- Efficiency Improvements: Continuously seek to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of internal processes and team dynamics.
Additional Information:
- Experience: 2-5 years in Digital Marketing.
- Accommodation: Affordable cottages available on the estate (1 and 2 bedroom options). Well-behaved partners and dogs are welcome.
- Work Schedule: 5 days a week, with 5-10 weekends a year depending on events.
- Tourism Sector: Ability to make inroads with the tourism sector, such as cruise ships, to promote estate experiences and events.
- Weddings and Events: Experience in planning and promoting weddings and other events is highly desirable.
