Residential Licensed Conveyancer / Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive

With full remote working, on any given day you could be doing one or all of these things:
- Owning your own caseload of mixed residential property instructions
- Resolving complex legal issues related to the sale or purchase of a property
- Using our case management system to keep everything up to date and accurate
- Managing deadlines and dealing with exchange of contracts and completion of transactions
- Keeping clients, partners and other conveyancers updated on case progress
- Assisting with team development, coaching and mentoring (dependent on experience)
- Focusing on KPIs that provide excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Undertake file audits and reviews
Requirements
All our teams work to exacting standards, and so we're looking for friendly and diligent Residential Conveyancing Property Lawyers with the following:
- Post qualified experience in residential conveyancing (SRA / CLC or CILEx)
- Evidence of recent CPD including AML training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong affinity for digital technology
- Experience and competency in freehold sales and purchases, leasehold sales and purchases, registered property, re-mortgaging work and transfers of equity
