Job Profile:

Mortgage & Protection Administrator - Wolverhampton

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Full Time Mortgage & Protection Administrator to join a well established partner firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation. The firm are a very busy mortgage and protection business operating from offices in Wolverhampton.

The administrator will be responsible for assisting busy advisors, focusing on protection business (and also Mortgage potentially). The successful candidate will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients, lenders and providers.

We are ideally looking for a minimum 2 year administration experience in Mortgage and Protection advisory. We will also consider applicants with Admin experience but not necessarily in mortgage or protection broking.

Competitive base salary of £23,500 with a monthly bonus opportunity taking the OTE to £26,000.

This role is office based.

Hours are Monday, Tuesday and Wed 9-530. Thursday 9 - 6 and Friday 9 - 430

Responsibilities:

• Regular liaison with providers to obtain updates on applicant status
• Data input into the PRIMIS toolbox systems
• Proactively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion
• Dealing with incoming calls, emails and post
• Data entry of mortgage & protection applications

Skills & Experience Required:

• A minimum (ideally) of 2 years administration experience.
• Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
• Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
• Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
• A team player with ability to use own initiative.
