Conveyancing Assistant

Robert Half are supporting a law firm based in Clifton, who are looking for a conveyancing assistant to join the team on a temp to perm basis.
Temp to Perm Role
Start Date: 19th MayLocation: Clifton
Salary: £12.50ph - £13.33ph
Office Based: 5 days per week
Responsibilities:
- Manage diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Take accurate meeting minutes and distribute action points promptly.
- Conduct legal research and compile documentation for board meetings.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team.
- Transcribe dictation
- Answering phone calls
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience using MS Office
- Positive Attitude
- Good Communication Skills
- Paralegal Experience
- Conveyancing Experience
- Secretarial or Administration Experience
