Your Pay:
- We pay the full rate for your full shift, including any gaps or waiting time, so if your shift starts at 7 and finishes at 3, that's 8 hours of full pay. Full and part-time hours available.
- Earn an average of £13.00 an hour as your basic pay (based on full-time carer, mix of shifts, weekdays and weekends).
- Any extra shifts are paid at the 25% overtime rate.
- 45p a mile as standard.
Your Contract:
- We offer Guaranteed Hours contracts as standard - no zero-hour contracts.

Pay Rates:
- Weekdays: (before 7pm) £12.30, (after 7pm) £12.90
- Weekends: (before 7pm) £13.80, (after 7pm) £14.50
- Additional rates apply for bank holidays.
Shift Patterns:
- You'll be joining our Bath area friendly community team.
- Full and part-time hours available. A mix of 7am-3pm and 3pm-10pm shifts.
- Must include some shifts on alternate weekends.
Requirements:
- We hire on attitude rather than experience; we look for empathy, compassion, and dedication to helping others and then make sure you get the best training possible.
- Valid driving license and access to a car for work.
- Right to work in the UK and proof of settled status.
Care Assistant Responsibilities:
- Supporting people in your community who need a bit of extra help to continue living happily and safely in their own homes.
- Includes personal care, support with medication, household tasks, accompanying clients to appointments, looking out for their physical and emotional well-being, and supporting them with participating in social activities.
