We are looking for a skilled CNC Miller to join a well known precision engineering company who are based in the Portsmouth area. The ideal candidate will have experience with Mazatrol and a strong commitment to producing high-quality precision parts.

• Operate CNC milling machines using Mazatrol controls
• Interpret technical drawings and program specifications for accurate parts production
• ability to confidently set and operate CNC Mills
• Collaborate with the production team to prioritize work orders and meet deadlines

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller, expertise in Mazatrol
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and programming CNC machines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality precision parts
• Understanding of machining processes and materials
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety
• Certification or formal training in CNC machining is a plus

• Set up CNC milling machines and load materials
• Program machine controls using Mazatrol language
• Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as needed
• Inspect finished parts for quality standards
• Clean and maintain equipment
