Great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the team at this fast paced restaurant using all fresh seasonal ingredients.
The Executive Chef is looking to push for a Michelin Bib Gourmand so the quality of ingredients and standards on the menu of are high
The property is in a great location and gets a lot of regular customers, serving 60 – 80 covers per service rising to 100+ at the weekends, the kitchen is well organised and service runs smoothly
They are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team, somebody that can run a section and cook to a high consistent level during service
We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, ideally somebody with experience of Rosette standard cooking somebody who enjoys cooking good food as part of a team
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Oakham, Uppingham, Corby, Stamford, or Peterborough area with their own transport
Base Salary of upto £32,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)Share of Staff Tips
