About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our care home team as Support Workers in Ipswich, Suffolk. Working as part of a focused team, you will support residents by attending to their personal care needs, while always respecting their dignity and promoting their independence.You will ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality care services and assist with daily activities within the home.
Reports to: Nurse/Senior Support Worker
Skills and Attributes Required- A caring and patient nature
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Previous experience as a carer is preferred but not essential
