Job Description- Implement and manage CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase revenue.
- You will have a focus on the more technical aspects e.g. triggers/automation.
- Regularly review and analyse CRM campaigns to ensure effectiveness and ROI.
- Develop customer segmentation strategies to deliver more targeted and personalised messaging.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between CRM strategies and business goals.
- Set up and broadcast email campaigns to deadlines
The Successful Applicant
A successful CRM Executive should have:
- Email marketing experience using databases.
- Knowledge and experience in CRM platforms and automation best practices.
- HTML experience, plus automation and triggers
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Salary of up to £35k
