About Our Client

Our client is a large organisation in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry, with a growing presence across the UK. Known for their commitment to exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences, they are now looking to expand their CRM team in Hertfordshire.

• Implement and manage CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase revenue.
• You will have a focus on the more technical aspects e.g. triggers/automation.
• Regularly review and analyse CRM campaigns to ensure effectiveness and ROI.
• Develop customer segmentation strategies to deliver more targeted and personalised messaging.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between CRM strategies and business goals.
• Set up and broadcast email campaigns to deadlines

The Successful Applicant

A successful CRM Executive should have:

• Email marketing experience using databases.
• Knowledge and experience in CRM platforms and automation best practices.
• HTML experience, plus automation and triggers
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Salary of up to £35k
