My client, based in Nelson, is currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join the team. This is due to internal progression. They are a leading manufacturing company within their field, and have a brilliant reputation for providing excellent training and support to clients.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent administration background and be adaptable within the workplace.
Your new role
  • Working closely with the Sales Director to ensure a smooth running of the business.
  • Providing quotes to clients, ensuring they are kept up to date throughout the entire process.
  • Proofreading and thoroughly checking documents are correct and accurate before sending out.
  • Utilising the in-house system effectively.
  • Processing orders through the online web portal.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders via email and telephone.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience within administration, including excellent communication both written and verbal.
  • The ability to update and maintain databases.
  • Willingness to learn new processes and work collaboratively within the team.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to update and maintain databases.
  • Proficient with IT, including Microsoft Packages.
  • An ability to work well in environments.
What you'll get in return
