Your new role
- Working closely with the Sales Director to ensure a smooth running of the business.
- Providing quotes to clients, ensuring they are kept up to date throughout the entire process.
- Proofreading and thoroughly checking documents are correct and accurate before sending out.
- Utilising the in-house system effectively.
- Processing orders through the online web portal.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders via email and telephone.
- Previous experience within administration, including excellent communication both written and verbal.
- The ability to update and maintain databases.
- Willingness to learn new processes and work collaboratively within the team.
- Great attention to detail and ability to update and maintain databases.
- Proficient with IT, including Microsoft Packages.
- An ability to work well in environments.
- Competitive salary between £25,000-£28,000.
- Full training and support is provided.
- Monday-Friday, office based.

- 28 days annual leave plus Christmas and New Year off.
