Team Manager

We're looking for a Field Team Manager to join our dynamic team

What’s in it for you?

Part-Time & Permanent: 21 hours per week (Friday to Sunday, with occasional Thursdays)

Competitive Package: £16,435 - £18,079/annum OTE (Full-time equivalent: £29,347 - £32,282 OTE) + 34p/mile or public transport expenses

Territory: South East London (You can use public transport or your own reliable vehicle)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading, training, and supporting a team of brand samplers to deliver outstanding results.
  • Building relationships with store managers and staff to ensure smooth and effective operations.
  • Inspiring your team to deliver high performance and ensure each activity meets the standards.
  • Embedding best practices and creating a culture of excellence and coaching within the region.
  • Welcoming and developing new team members, ensuring their success from day one!

  • A hands-on approach to delivering excellence in a customer-focused role.
  • Passion for performance, with a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
