Job description:Steon Ltd are seeking to appoint a versatile individual for a position which will afford them many opportunities for personal and professional development.
Duties will include; • Handling telephone enquiries- Preparing and distributing quotations
- Answering/redirecting incoming calls
- Maintaining CRM data and other ad hoc duties.
- Once settled into the office the individual would be expected to develop, with responsibilities broadening in variety and importance.
- The successful applicant will be a well-presented, articulate individual with a confident telephone manner.
- A good standard of general education.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Computer literacy and an understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective organisation skills and punctual timekeeping.
- Ability to communicate proficiently with good interpersonal skills.
- Good reasoning and a positive attitude towards problem solving.
Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:30-17:00 Friday 08:30-16:00 (45 min lunch) 37.5 hours per week.
