Assembly Operator

A well-established business are looking for an Assembly Operator to assemble parts ensuring products meet high quality standards and production targets are achieved.

Full training will be provided, although prior experience in an assembly or manufacturing setting is essential.

Working Hours:

This is a full time permanent role, working Monday-Friday days.

As an Assembly Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling products using various hand tools and machinery
• Conducting basic equipment checks and reporting any faults
• Monitor quality output to ensure compliance with specifications
• Complete production documentation accurately
• Work collaboratively with team members
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Engage in training and continuous improvement initiatives

We’re looking for a n Assembly Operator with:

• Proven experience in assembly or manufacturing environments
• Willingness to learn and undertake full training
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
