Rangeford Villages Corsham
Rangeford Villages develops and operates integrated retirement communities for people aged over 60. We create exciting, innovative and contemporary villages for residents to live life to the full, with a wide range of leisure activities, services, support and care.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Night Porter/Concierge to join the team.
There is no exact pattern to the shift, making for an interesting job, although there are specific tasks to be undertaken.
The Night Concierge team operate between 1800 to 0700, including 60 minutes paid break.
You will receive full H&S and Fire Evacuation training.

Working Hours
This is a part time role. You will work a minimum of 48 hours per month with the expectation that you will be comfortable to work additional hours as needed to cover team holidays and other absences.

Required skills/experience:
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Problem Solving
- Customer Service experience
- First Aid - Advantageous not essential
- IT literate - emails etc
- Must have a good standard of spoken and written English
- Professional manner
- Friendly, sociable and welcoming
- Calm, patient, discrete and polite
