To provide high quality and efficient transactional HR services to the Trust and workforce, ensuring all transactions occur accurately, in a timely manner, in line with appropriate Trust Policies and Procedures.
Delivering a professional service focused on achieving a high level of customer satisfaction by offering support and advice where required and ensuring KPIs are met.
Please note the post holder will be required to work from Lakeview House, Bedford- To be responsible for monitoring and managing the HR Payroll Forms Inbox daily, responding to emails appropriately, taking a proactive approach to ensure that queries are resolved, and HR Forms are processed within the designated timeframes.
