Job Duties:
- Support classroom teachers in delivering educational activities and lessons
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Provide one-to-one support to students who require additional help
- Help with classroom management and behaviour monitoring
- Assist in preparing teaching materials and resources
- Supervise students during break times and outings
Required Qualifications:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- A minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
Education:
- Relevant teaching assistant qualification
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a school or educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Understanding of child development and learning techniques
