Are you an Are you Transport Operator looking for a new role? Movianto Tamworth is hiring.
You'll be working 37.5hrs a week, Monday to Friday and will be paid £26,500 per annum.

Purpose of the role
The Transport Operator will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day transport operation with a focus on the quality, H&Sand transport compliance on site.
The individual will be responsible for ensuring that Movianto’s client deliveries are processed and booked in with customers in atimely and correct manner, providing ongoing support using various IT systems, answering queries and ensuring our drivers have all
the information they require.
How you’ll make an impact at Movianto as a Transport Operator:
- Delivery and Manifest Management: Ensure all daily deliveries are scanned into the DC, allocated onto manifests, scanned on
- Driver Briefing and Debriefing: Ensure all drivers are pre-briefed and debriefed using systems like TMS, Verilocation,
- Issue Resolution and Driver Support: Address and resolve any delivery or collection issues, ensuring timely completion, while
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers, handling incoming and
- Compliance and Safety: Oversee inspections, servicing, MOTs, and defects in line with DVSA regulations, while ensuring health
- Operational Support and Management: Manage delivery bookings, maintain TMS, handle temperature deviations, assist with cross
efforts.

- Strong Communication and Multitasking: Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise workloads,
- Regulatory Knowledge and Safety: Sound knowledge of driver hours regulations and health & safety requirements, ensuring
- Customer Service Excellence: Outstanding customer service skills with a demonstrated interest in customer needs and a
- Administrative and Technical Skills: Strong administration skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office tools
- Professionalism and Accountability: Demonstrates honesty, punctuality, personal pride in work, and takes responsibility for
- FLT Operation and Adaptability: Capable of driving an FLT (FLT license desirable, but training can be provided), with a
positive attitude towards challenges and change.
