An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Secretary to join the team at Greenways, our learning disability Assessment and Treatment inpatient Unit in Macclesfield.

Greenways is a 24/7 inpatient service for adults with learning disabilities The staff team includes a Consultant Psychiatrist anda clinical Multi-Disciplinary Team and administration staff, you will be an integral part of this supportive and forward thinking team .

We are looking to recruit a highly organised individual who will be expected to provide a comprehensive, confidential, accurate and timely clinical secretarial service. You should possess commitment to team working, be proactive in your work ethic, able to manage your own workload and be expected to show initiative and be responsive to the needs of the service

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a high level of expertise in typing, keyboard and minute taking. Having knowledge and understanding of Microsoft packages would be an advantage.

The post holder will also need to be an effective communicator with good written skills which would support them in communicating with service users, carers and health and social care professionals.

CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care – including the provision of three GP surgeries.
