Engineer to join our dynamic team and help us ensure safe, reliable gas services for our tenants.

• Carry out routine servicing of gas appliances in domestic properties, ensuring compliance with all safety standards.
• Ensure all gas systems, including boilers and heating systems, are maintained to a high standard, offering tenants safe and

• Identify and address minor faults during servicing, making recommendations for further maintenance where necessary.
• Maintain detailed service records using our digital systems, ensuring clear communication of any issues or recommendations.
• Deliver excellent customer service, liaising with tenants and ensuring minimal disruption during visits.

• NVQ Plumbing/Gas
• ACS elements CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1
• Proven experience in gas servicing in domestic settings.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider teams.
• Remain clean shave to meet our mask face fit policy.
• Full UK driving licence (a company vehicle will be provided).
