Front of House Assistant

This role is contracted to 40 hours per week, working 5 days over 7. Due to the nature of the role, there is no set shift pattern, therefore, hours and schedule pattern will vary dependent on the business.As a Front of House Assistant, you will contribute to a passionate and friendly team working in a fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Serve all food and beverage to the highest standard in line with SOPS.
- Ensure all food and beverage is delivered on time as per client requests.
- To ensure service counters are fully equipped and clean.
- To clear all areas of equipment and hospitality items at the end of the day.
- Ensure correct labelling of products, food hygiene and allergen processes are adhered to.
- Work closely with the Kitchen team to ensure the smooth running of each event.
- To drive the work van between City Campus and Coach Lane.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any minor complaints with professionalism and care, escalating to the Hospitality Supervisor and Manager if needed.
- To report health and safety issues to your line manager, including all accidents and near misses.
Our ideal Front of House Assistant will:

- Always represent the Company in a positive manner.
- All company / client policies and procedures to be adhered to at all times.
- To complete all company training within set timeframes.
- Be prepared to assist colleagues in a willing and positive manner, including assisting with other duties in other units as required.
Essential Criteria:
- Clean Full UK driving licence as you will be required to drive the work van – you do not need to have your own vehicle.
- Must be over 18 years old due to company insurance.
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience in a catering/ hospitality environment.
