Job Description- Manage and optimise the provision of pharmaceutical care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient-focused care
- Participate in the development of pharmacy protocols and guidelines
- Provide medication counselling to patients with enquiries
- Monitor patient medication therapy and intervene when necessary
- Maintain a high level of professional and ethical standards
- Participate in continuous professional development activities
- Clinically screening prescriptions
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Clinical Pharmacist' should have:
- A degree in Pharmacy
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
- A background in Community and Clinical pharmacy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Good organisational and time management skills
- A passion for customer-focused care
- You do NOT need to be an IP for this position
- A salary ranging from £55,000 - £65,000
