We’re looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support the improvement and utilisation of our finova core solution. Are you passionate identifying efficiencies and driving positive change?
Salary and working hours
Up to £30,000.00 per annum (dependant on experience)
Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:00pm (36.25 hours per week)
Key responsibilities
Sharing in Success bonus (discretionary)
Annual holiday – 24 days plus Bank holidays. Plus a day for your birthday, a Christmas shopping day and your work anniversary. You will also have the option on an annual basis to purchase an additional 5 days holiday

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Business Analysts and business areas to analyse, define and support the delivery of change. The role will allow you to leverage your problem-solving skills and collaborative attitude to identify areas of improvement and positive change.
You’ll have an understanding of financial services, primarily savings and mortgages, and a strong desire to learn. You’ll be an analytical thinker and someone who’ll challenge standards and always to try to understand the “why” behind our systems and processes.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, resource allocation, and project management governance
- Ensure projects adhere to organisational standards and guidelines while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
- Identify and address potential challenges proactively to minimise risk and ensure project success
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and address their concerns
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to drive project outcomes.
- Monitor project performance and adjust as needed to achieve project objectives.
- Proven experience as a project manager with successful track record of project delivery
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholder and build relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Project management certification (preferred)
