Key Responsibilities:
- Manage essential IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across the network.
- Monitor, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues up to 3rd line support.
- Collaborate with schools and central support teams to deliver IT excellence.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
What You Bring:
- Proficiency in Windows OS, VMware, Linux, M365, and PowerShell scripting.
- Strong background in networking (Cisco, Fortinet), security protocols, and cloud platforms (Azure).
- Hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, with a focus on Azure Administration.
