We're looking for a detail-oriented People Operations Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences. You'll sit at the heartbeat of our mission-driven healthcare startup, gaining invaluable HR experience whilst enabling our team do their best work in conquering obesity and type 2 diabetes.
Tasked with overseeing the Employee Lifecycle at Second Nature, you'll help to ensure an exceptional employee journey from the moment someone joins our mission to the day they move on to pursue new opportunities. Specifically, you'll combine administrative expertise with a passion for people to support the wider team - particularly our new joiners - working with us to deliver a world-class onboarding experience.

Requirements
What you'll do- Onboard team members and help deliver a world-class new joiner experience, including running Welcome meetings and co-ordinating our 'New Joiner buddy' programme 🧑🤝🧑
- Be the go-to person for admin and operational requests relating to recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding and contract extensions - you'll become our hiring managers' right hand (wo)man! 🤝
- Own various People Ops admin tasks, such as drafting employment contracts, conducting right-to-work/DBS checks, updating our HR system (Bob), sending out and retrieving company equipment etc 💻
- Process employee perks and benefits, such as work anniversary gifts and bonuses 💰
- Assist with the planning of company-wide events, parties and social initiatives 🎈
