The Role:

As a General Teaching Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting and enriching pupils' learning within the classroom. Working alongside the class teacher, you will help manage and supervise the learning environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children and eager to make a positive impact.

It also offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable teaching experience. While experience in Key Stage 1 (KS1) and phonics instruction is desirable, it is not essential.
