REED Business Support are actively recruiting on behalf of an established organisation for a permanent Sales Administrator.
This is a great opportunity for an individual with excellent admin, communication and organisational skills.
As an Sales Administrator your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Perform administrative duties including processing sales orders, raising new quotations, issuing credit notes, and more.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to process orders and respond to sales enquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as purchasing and despatch to ensure seamless operations and first-class customer support.
- Handle web orders and process payments.
- Generate daily sales reports as required.
- Maintain and update the sales database with customer details.
