Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of supported housing services.Lead and support a team of frontline staff.
Develop and implement support plans tailored to individual needs.
Ensure services comply with relevant policies and safeguarding procedures.
Build partnerships with external agencies, including health and social care providers.
Manage budgets and resources effectively.
Requirements:
Experience working with homelessness, substance misuse, mental health, or forensic services.Proven leadership or management experience in a similar setting.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and risk management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenges.
