Administrator - Transport Office - Immediate Start

Our client, a highly reputable company located in Foston, Derbyshire (DE65), is in search of a new team member to join their busy transport team.
As part of your daily responsibilities, you will be required to undertake a range of tasks, including but not limited to: Communicating with customers
Answering and responding to incoming calls promptlyLiaising with key clients (provisionally two) to assist with their needs
Reporting, including POD's
Using internal systems and Excel spreadsheets.

To be considered for this position, candidates are required to have: Something about them, willing to learn!
Strong spoken and written EnglishExperience using Microsoft Office (mainly Excel)
Hard-working, punctual and reliable attitude towards work.
Good attention to details
Due to client's location (DE65) and limited access to public transport in this area, own transport is essential.

The rate of pay will be £13.00 per hour.
