The Commercial Litigation team work for large plc clients across a broad variety of private sectors. This can range on high level disputes such a contractual and director disputes, professional negligence, shareholder disputes as well as broader litigation matters.
Ideally, they are looking for a Senior Associate level Commercial Litigation solicitor to join the team. You ideally will have a minimum of 5 years PQE but those with the relevant experience outside of this PQE banding will be considered.
You will likely have gained some supervisory experience of juniors / trainees / paralegals or be open to this is a new position. The team work nationally so the team work remotely 3 days a week and then 2 days in the office to ensure the culture of the business remains and the team environment is there.
