Bennett and Game are representing a UK leading Consultancy based in Whitechappel, London who are looking for a Health & Safety Advisor. With nearly 100 years of experience and multiple offices across the UK, our client has gained an excellent reputation within the industry.
They are offering a starting salary of up to £50,000 in addition to a range of benefits including hybrid working, bonus schemes, generous annual leave, private healthcare, paid training / progression plans and professional fees
Health & Safety Advisor Job Overview- Provide guidance and assistance to meet client and project requirements.
- Offer direction and support to ensure compliance with health and safety (H&S) regulations.
- Organise and implement H&S protocols for all stages of construction planning and preparation.
- Complete and manage administrative documentation, ensuring communication through appropriate channels.
- Contribute to and develop strategies for maintaining efficient information flow throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with principal contractors and stakeholders to ensure designs adhere to safety standards.
- Advise clients on project feasibility in relation to CDM regulations.
- Oversee multiple CDM portfolios for internal and external clients.
- Work closely with the wider H&S team to deliver a unified approach to H&S management.
- Knowledge of legislation relevant to the construction industry, CDM and health and safety.
- Qualification in health and safety (NEBOSH construction, TechIOSH etc.).
- Membership with IMAPS.
- Previous CDM experience.
- Salary: £45,000 to £50,000
- Hours: 37.5 per week, Mon - Fri
- Holiday: 25 days per annum, plus bank holidays and additional days accrued with service.
