The successful Lettings Administrator will be offered the following:

  • Basic Salary - Up to £26,500

Lettings Administrator requirements:

  • Experience with administration tasks
  • Strong communication skills: both verbal and written
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in using a computer
  • Ability to multi-task and manage own workload

Key tasks for the Lettings Administrator will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Email and diary management
  • Handling enquiries over the phone and in person
  • Provide information and advice and answer any queries to potential new landlords and tenants.
