Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Planner (BR13) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the planning and execution of various projects, ensuring that all activities align with our strategic objectives.You will collaborate closely with different departments, including project management, finance, and operations, to generate comprehensive plans that guide our initiatives from conception to completion. Your analytical skills will be vital as you assess project requirements, develop timelines, allocate resources, and manage budgets.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project goals and objectives are clearly defined and met.
Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and facilitate project meetings effectively.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the planning process.
Continuously evaluate and improve planning processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project planning or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in project management software and tools, such as MS Project or Asana.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with a strong understanding of budgeting and financial principles.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 08:45End Time: 16:45
Pay Per Hour: £21.80
