As a Maintenance Operative, you will be integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through your expertise in building maintenance. Reporting to the operations manager, your role involves performing repairs and upkeep at various locations.

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs
• Perform various repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Supervise junior staff and provide guidance on maintenance procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on service needs.
• Deliver excellent customer service while interacting with clients and stakeholders.

• Proven experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to facilitate effective communication within the team and with clients.
• Full clean driving licence.
