Job Description
As Commercial & Data Solicitor, you will:
- Advise clients on data protection and privacy laws, including GDPR.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data governance frameworks.
- Support clients in managing data breaches and regulatory investigations.
- Provide guidance on data sharing, transfers, and third-party agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex data issues.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be:
- experienced in data protection and privacy law from a good UK firm
- familiar with UK and EU data protection regulations, including GDPR
- skilled in drafting and negotiating data-related agreements
- good at communicating with good academics
