Solicitor / Legal Executive - Private Client Department

Our Private Client department continues to go from strength to strength and we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor looking for their next move to join our progressive, dedicated and friendly team.
Tasks
The successful candidate will join a busy team of experienced staff, building and running your own caseload. You will ideally have a minimum three years PQE. Applications may be considered from candidates with less PQE who can demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with complex private client matters and high net worth individuals.
Requirements
Desired experience and attributes for the role:
- Experience within a Private Client department, including experience in:
- Wills
- Probate
- LPAs
- Court of Protection
- Tax and Trust matters
- Able to manage files and work to agreed deadlines
- Confident, friendly, professional and positive
- Able to work under your own initiative
- STEP qualification (desirable)
- IT skills including Word and Outlook and Excel
- Experience of managing staff an advantage
