Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming calls via our state-of-the-art switchboard.
• Assist with general queries and provide outstanding customer care.
• Respond to emails promptly and efficiently.
• Direct sales inquiries to our experienced team members.
• Take pride in hosting visitors and ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Skills:

• Previous reception experience is essential.
• Automotive experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Professional and customer-focused attitude.
