Job Description
  • Administer various HR procedures and processes.
  • Manage HR-related documentation and records.
  • Handle HR enquiries and resolve or escalate them as necessary.
  • Support the HR department in implementing HR projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Participate in recruitment processes when needed.
The Successful Applicant
  • A degree or CIPD in Human Resources or related field
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Familiarity with labour laws and best practices
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes and work under pressure
