Job Description
  • Day to Day account management across all channels / product categories
  • Lead and execute JBPs, building a strong partnership with the customer, managing all activities across trade spend, promotional budgets, and driving category growth initiatives.
  • Work alongside the UK Retail Director in meeting with customers, building relationships, and seeking out new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies within the retail channel, identifying opportunities to drive growth and profitability
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities
  • Provide regular reporting to the business on account performance aswel as accurate sales forecasts

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should have:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • FMCG experience dealing with a national retail customer (ideally Boots, Superdrug, Holland & Barratt etc.)
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data, using this to inform decision making
