Job Description- Day to Day account management across all channels / product categories
- Lead and execute JBPs, building a strong partnership with the customer, managing all activities across trade spend, promotional budgets, and driving category growth initiatives.
- Work alongside the UK Retail Director in meeting with customers, building relationships, and seeking out new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies within the retail channel, identifying opportunities to drive growth and profitability
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities
- Provide regular reporting to the business on account performance aswel as accurate sales forecasts
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should have:
- A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- FMCG experience dealing with a national retail customer (ideally Boots, Superdrug, Holland & Barratt etc.)
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen
- Ability to analyse and interpret data, using this to inform decision making
- A salary range of £40-47k plus bonus.
