Customer Service Administrator

Due to the rapid growth in the business our client based in Wellingborough has a Customer Service Admin role vacancy.
This new role has been created to support their continuing growth plans.

Role Objective:
As a member of our Clients Administration Team, you will play an active role in supporting both their sales team and their service/maintenance team.
You will be liaising with internal staff and customers to progress and process sales/hire orders and will support the smooth running of their onsite servicing from booking to completion.
You will also be required to carry out tasks within the general administration team to offer additional support to the existing team when required.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

 •  Building and maintaining good relationships with both internal stakeholders and our suppliers.
 •  Effectively communicating with customers and suppliers and ensuring that queries/problems are resolved in a timely manner and efficiently.
 •  Responding swiftly and professionally to all enquiries by telephone and email.
 •  The completion of general administrative tasks, including processing sales orders, raising purchase orders, processing picking notes from the warehouse for despatch, and scanning documentation.
 •  Assisting with the planning and coordination of their rolling stock takes.
 •  Liaising with multiple suppliers on pricing, lead times and delivery schedules.
 •  Ensuring that stock levels of core products are maintained.
 •  Ensuring that stock pricing is accurate and is kept up to date on their internal CRM and on their website.
 •  Liaising with customers to schedule and confirm engineer visits.
 •  Processing onsite paperwork, ensuring that clients receive the appropriate certification.
 •  Quoting customers for in-house servicing and for third party repairs.
 •  Ensuring that the group email inbox is kept up to date and all enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner.
 •  Reporting financial information on a weekly and monthly basis, including key supplier spends.
 •  Monitoring the quality of the goods and services received.
 •  Taking a flexible approach to the role and its responsibilities during busy periods to support the needs of the team.

The Person:

Experience:

 •  Customer service experience, from within a business-to-business environment is essential
 •  Previous experience of working in a busy administration department.
 •  Purchasing and stock control experience.
 •  Skills & Attributes:

Hours: 08.30 - 17.30 Monday to Thursday.

 08.  00 - 17.00 Friday.

The successful candidate will have a flexible approach to working hours to accommodate the needs of our clients and their business.

Salary: Competitive and subject to experience.
Holiday: 25 Days per annum, plus bank holidays (3 or 4 days to be saved for a shutdown at Christmas).
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: Up to £23,000.00 per year
