Learning Support Assistant role – Empower Young Minds!

Join us as a Learning Support Assistant at a welcoming and progressive Brent primary school, starting now.

This is your chance to make a real impact to children's lives, working alongside other passionate educators as a Learning Support Assistant.

As an LSA, you will be:
  • Assisting with the delivery of interventions and monitoring the progress of children with SEND
  • Supporting non-verbal children with Speech and Language activities
  • Providing support for children who need help with communication, language and literacy
  • Helping children to take part in learning effectively and safely
  • Supporting pupils to help them regulate their emotions and behaviour
  • Building a rapport with the students
  • Delivering reading, spelling/phonics and Numicon programmes
  • Able to work Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:45pm

This Learning Support Assistant role is full-time and ongoing, offering stability and fulfilment, in a school that creates and provides an environment where excitement of learning is encouraged for every child.
