• Be involved in all aspects of property litigation, working with private & corporate clients, retailers, landowners, developers & investors
• Resolve property related disputes relating to: development land & property contracts as well as landlord and tenant matters - dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture and breach of lease covenants

• A minimum of 6 months experience as a solicitor or legal executive
• Property Litigation experience
