Your new roleYou will be responsible for coordinating the customer service & Sales aspect of the business and ensuring that processes are running correctly. You will be responsible for helping improve processes and taking ownership of customer service. This includes working with senior management to understand occurring problems with the customer service team and how processes can be created and improved to ensure a high quality customer service is consistently provided.
You will also be helping with the day to day, including processing orders, handling customer queries and more.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a Sales Co-ordinator role will help you succeed. Ideally, you will also have come from a project/construction background. You will have experience creating and improving processes within a business and are confident in suggesting improvements and new ways of working.Articulate, bright and works well within a small team. Yoo will possess excellent communication skills and telephone manner, combined with confidence in using computer packages (SAGE 50 ideally) with the ability to pick up new processes quickly.
A can do attitude and a desire to work well to see tasks though to resolution.
What you'll get in returnYou will receive an excellent salary of £35,000 depending on experience.
