Here at Home Instead Chester we are recruiting to grow our team of Live In Care Professionals. Our elderly clients are in a variety of locations across Wirral, Chester and Liverpool South.

We are looking for individuals who have a passion to care to support our elderly clients in their own homes.

Pay: £120 per 24 hours PLUS Double pay for bank holidays, £35 per week food allowance.

Shifts: Working 7 days on 7 days off with a 2-hour break every day with lots of downtime in-between.

What will you be doing in this amazing role?

You will be required to provide the highest quality person centred care.
You will be responsible for delivering your client's personalised care plan and health goals, enabling clients to live life to the full in their own home.
You will manage Client’s medical condition, meals, hygiene and ensure their safety at all times.
You will maintain a positive relationship with your client, their family, friends and those supporting their health and well being as well as being trustworthy and compassionate.

The role of a Live In Care Professional is both rewarding and challenging, with great support from both the family and the Home Instead team. We are looking for a flexible individual who is reliable, compassionate and has excellent communication skills.
