Immigration Solicitor - London

This significant position provides a thrilling chance to become part of a respected team and make a valuable contribution to effectively managing a wide range of immigration cases.

• Skillfully prepare appeal bundles and visa applications by Immigration Rules, catering to both Corporate and Private clients.
• Conduct thorough client consultations, delivering expert advice on a spectrum of legal areas, including Immigration Law, Human Rights Law, British Nationality Law, EU Appendix laws, Skilled Worker, Innovator, Startup, Sole Representative, and more.
• Manage the end-to-end process of client applications, meeting stringent deadlines. This includes handling Points System applications, Sponsor license applications, Spouse/Partner Visa Applications, Indefinite Leave to Remain Applications, Nationality, and Citizenship Applications.
• Operate autonomously, efficiently liaising with clients and third parties to gather requisite documentation and information, while maintaining close communication with the Home Office & Tribunal.
• Demonstrate proficiency in handling visa applications both inside and outside the UK, specifically for fiancée, and spouse UK visas.
• Candidates with experience in the commercial aspects of immigration, including fee quoting, network building, and ensuring a superior client experience via telephone, will be given preference.
• Experience in Business Immigration is desirable.

• Minimum 1-year PQE as an Immigration Solicitor
• Exceptional organisational skills, reliability, and punctuality.
• Commute to our Central & East London offices is essential, remote work is not feasible for this position.
