Role Overview The company is seeking a People Operations Coordinator with 2+ years’ experience to support end-to-end HR operations. You will manage lifecycle processes, Workday administration, document issuing, process improvements, and visa support.
Experience with settlement agreements and Workday is strongly preferred. What You’ll Do Manage joiner, mover, and leaver workflows Prepare HR documentation, including contracts and amendments Maintain and optimise Workday, supporting self-service Handle HR inboxes and ticketing to ensure timely responses Identify and support process improvements across People Ops Assist the HR Intern with visas and immigration tasks Escalate recurring or complex employee queries when required Support broader People Operations, Reward, and Benefits cycles Who You Are 2+ years’ HR/People Operations experience within a fast paced environment Workday experience preferred Comfortable with settlement agreements Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive Strong communicator with a solutions-focused mindset Keen to improve processes and support a fast-growing tech environment Benefits Fantastic package including lunch vouchers, healthcare, and much more!
