Job Description- Proactive engagement with business leaders to evaluate sales and manufacturing strategies.
- Review and establish appropriate accounting treatment for complex commercial agreements.
- Act as the lead Finance Business Partner the UK Managing Directors
- Oversee the preparation of the annual budgeting and quarterly forecast process. Work with the company leadership teams to prepare 5-year financial forecasts
- Lead financial analysis for new proposal and investments, including discounted cash flow models
- Lead the UK Finance team to improve processes and procedures that enable efficient and effective transaction processing and reporting for both management and statutory requirements.
- Ensure financial statements for entities are closed timely and accurately.
- Provide accounting support for all legal entities in the UK, plus associated branches in the EU
- Advise and ensure adherence for all UK entities with local regulations including statutory filings, income tax, VAT, etc.
- Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to SOX controls.
The Successful Applicant
You will be a qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA), Senior Finance leader, preferably with experience in International Manufacturing / Engineering environments.
You will be technically sound, a pragmatic problem solver, capable of robust challenge and support within a matrix management structure
