Main duties of the job

This could be in the form of a Package of Care in the patients own home, or a placement in a Nursing or Residential Home. Our patients often have multiple health needs & chronic conditions.

You will need to have excellent communication and inter-personal skills, the ability to work both within a team and independently, and the ability to offer a high level of nursing care. Training and clinical supervision opportunities are available to the successful candidates.

Working on Chartridge Ward you will be working closely with a large multi-disciplinary team consisting of nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, doctors, pharmacists, social workers & discharge coordinators.
